How we charge

For a service call, our service charge and diagnostic fee is $99 Monday - Friday, and $129 for Saturdays.  Most issues are diagnosed in the first 30 minutes.  Low voltage shorts and communicating issues may take a little longer.  

Our maintenance program consists of two visits per year.  We charge $90 per system for residential and $100 per system for commercial.  Along with that, customers who are enrolled will receive a 10% discount on any repairs necessary and clogged drains are warrantied for 60 days after maintenance has been completed.  We do not collect payment for the whole year up front, and payment will only be due upon completion of the service. 

If you are looking at replacing your system and would like a price, we do not charge anything to come out and give an estimate.  This also applies to ductless mini split systems and ductwork adjustments.  We will come out and gather all of the necessary info to give you the most accurate pricing and the most logical course of action for your project.

Installations will always vary in price depending on the market prices of equipment and materials.  We strive to only sell the best quality equipment, and we offer a few different brands to choose from.  Pricing will also be influenced by the SEER rating, or seasonal energy efficiency ratio of the equipment.

We install everything from basic efficiency to high efficiency communicating equipment.  We also install ductless mini split systems.  All new systems come with a one year labor warranty and a ten year parts warranty.
