How we charge

For a service call, our service charge and diagnostic fee is $99.  Most issues are diagnosed in the first 30 minutes.  Low voltage shorts and communicating issues may take a little longer.  We do not charge anything extra for nights, weekends, or holidays.

Our maintenance program consists of two visits per year.  We charge $90 per visit for the first system and $80 per visit for any additional systems.  Along with that, customers who are enrolled will receive a 10% discount on any repairs needed.  We do not collect payment for the whole year up front, and payment will only be due upon completion of service. 

For the quarterly drain cleaning, we charge $50 per visit.  If a stoppage occurs while you are enrolled in this program, we will fix it for free.  We recommended you pair this with our maintenance program, as drain cleaning is already included in the maintenance.  Therefore, you would not be charged $50 extra during those two visits.

Obviously Installations will always vary in price depending on the market prices of equipment and materials.  We strive to only sell the best quality equipment, and we offer a few different brands to choose from.  Pricing will also be influenced by the SEER rating, or seasonal energy efficiency ratio of the equipment.

We install everything from basic efficiency to high efficiency communicating equipment.  We also install ductless mini split systems.  All new systems come with a one year labor warranty and a ten year parts warranty.
